Unable to add Charge related supports when adding Enduring Impact to Skills ( Pic Example Included )

I am currently creating a Warrior Monk / Quarterstaff and am using the skill Staggering Palm to heavy stun enemies. With Killing Palm I am easily able to gather power charges, so I figured adding Enduring Impact to Staggering Palm would be an easy way to also gain endurance charges ( gonna use it for longer Ancestral Cry form durations ).

After adding Enduring Impact to Staggering Palm I figured I would then use Charge Profusion to the skill, to make it possible to double my endurance charge gains whenever the % did proc. But after adding Enduring Impact, I was unable to add Charge Profusion to the skill.

This is also the case for any other charge supports, like Heightened Charges. The game isn't taking into account that Enduring Impact is adding the ability to gain charges to the skill, so other supports that use charges are unable to able added to the skill.
