Game is unplayable due to Loading Cogs

The new Season starts later this month so I was just logging in to see whether the issues I've had for ages have been resolved but they haven't.

It took me 14 minutes from loading up the game to being able to move in my hideout, and then a further 3 minutes to load into a new area.

As much as I enjoy the game it literally makes it unplayable with how long the loading times are.

I have tried every fix and setting changes I can find online;

Verify game files
Changes Game settings
Reinstall
Lower graphics
Update drivers

I have a better PC than my mates who have no issues at all.

Anyone have any idea's what I can do?

press f1 and post your cpu and gpu timings
if your vram is in use and if the shader bar is always up
then which render engine your are using and paste some pc specs

then look up if your latency has spikes and where you are located, which isp you are using and which entry server you are online
in case its maybe a routing problem

just create screenshot with f1 bar and upload to imgur
and paste it with production config in here

i was having same issues but its a weird combination of issues so post info and get help then.
