Expand console visual range or remove enemies that can kill/hit you from out of screen!!!!

I feel having enemies that can target and hit you from outside maximum visual range is an absurd and lazy tactic to make the game difficult, this is not a challenge to overcome, more something players walk away from. You cannot defend against something you cannot see coming (especially when it is a fast moving/tiny projectile that has O.P. damage). Not to mention the abyss monsters that have the massive long (almost twice visual range) and wide green beam that holds, slows and obliterates you. At least give us the opportunity to observe and escape. Also in regards to enemies that do elemental damage, it becomes very difficult to see their attacks when mixed with player attacks, could we change the enemies colour so the differ from our own.
