*Resolved* [Bug] Web of Secrets / Essence of the Artist – Maligaro's Map missing after party play

Hi all,

I'm stuck on the Act 7 quest Web of Secrets at the step "Open Maligaro's Map and find the Black Venom" and can no longer progress. I believe this is the same party-related bug others have reported.

Situation:
- I picked up Maligaro's Map from the Container of Sins in the Crypt (Act 7) while playing in a party
- The map has since disappeared — it is not in my inventory, stash, or the map device in Chamber of Sins Level 1
- Silk is visible in the Chamber of Sins and the path to Level 2 remains blocked, confirming the quest is incomplete

What I've tried:
- Reset the Chamber of Sins instance multiple times — map device remains empty
- Reset the Crypt instance multiple times — the Container of Sins opens but nothing drops
- Switched game servers before resetting — no change

The quest appears to be in a broken state. The Container of Sins is not restoring the map item on instance reset as it should, and the map device has never had a map placed in it.

I've seen similar reports from other players who experienced this after party play (e.g. threads #3530277 and #3369686). In both cases no in-game fix was found and GGG support intervention was needed.

Would appreciate any advice from the community, or confirmation from GGG that a quest reset can be applied.
