Experience point issues

I had this gameplay issue start a few days ago, and it’s all to do with experience points. I don’t know if it was the last update, it was around that time, but the ability to gain experience points is almost gone. Next to no experience is registering in the game as I kill enemies, no matter how hard I farm. And what little builds up, is gone the next time I get on to play. I’ve lost a couple of skill points at the beginning of this, and it’s made playing very undesirable as I can’t advance anymore.

there isn't a bug here, you are farming to low level of enemies that you aren't getting much xp as there is an xp penalty if the mobs level difference is to great from yours. or your dying to much and the death xp penalty is taking whatever you had earned.
also you likely aren't missing any passive points... well at least ones you earned. type /passives, it will tell you if you are missing anything |

I’m not farming a low level of enemies. I’m at the appropriate monster level for what my level is. Level 45 character fighting same difficulty of monsters and I’m getting no experience. Even slightly lower level monsters, I’m not getting experience points. I have higher level characters that I have not had this issue with.

How often do you die? It looks like you completed Act 5, but starting in Act 6, you lose 5% experience for every death. I've never heard of a real bug with unreasonable experience loss.

So this "bug" is limited solely to you (no reports)
You claim it has also made you loose skill points? Do you realize how unlikely this sort of bug is? give that it is a core function of the game that has been around for it's entirety? that in the 14 years i've been playing it there has been zero substantiated reports and all of them were user error? that something like this wouldn't just effect only you.
