Tul & Esh Fight phase locked (bricked fight/unbeatable)

Fighting Esh & Tul boss, Tul dissapeared and spawned Esh as normal, but esh will not phase even though their health has reached the required threshhold.

Attempted portaling out and back to no success.

Afked within the fight for a few minutes while Esh spammed abilities on me, but did not un-brick the fight.

(PS this is during the first Esh phase)
