Omens not being Activated

Noticed an issue with 3.28 PC Client today. Just bought a few Omens of Amelioration and tried to activate one. Right clicking on one does nothing at all. I then tried activating another omen from my stash, and it does the same thing.

I also noticed that the Omens of Amelioration I bought are not stacking. I don't remember if they did stack before in PoE1, but I do know they do in PoE2. To have them not stack seems like a huge waste of inventory space.

Omens don't stack and are activated by being in the inventory. You do not need to Rclick them like in poe2. The single-Omen-per-area limit still applies.
