Fixing the gap in Smith of Kitava

Smith of Kitava was my main for 0.4 and it was great. Loved the look and theme, and the customization mechanic fit in perfectly with that, but it has issues.

The gap between the defensive and offensive features are massive. Fire spell on hit and manifest weapon are completely useless pate late game. Again, rest of the nodes are great, but those 2 might as well not exist. The frustrating part is the fix seems so obvious...just do what you did for armor and do it for offensive while keeping a mechanic you already have.

* keep the channeling mechanic for balance
* have a series of nodes of that you can pick between just like you do for armor and have different nodes for situations, so have one for area damage, one for attack speed, one for flat damage, one for increased elemental damage, one for levels...and so on.
* For balance sake, some might not be able to use raw stats, but then just do percent increases so it scales fairly with weapon level. So 50% increased attack speed on base weapon or x% increased flat damage.

I just feel like this one writes itself. Just do what is already great about the ascendancy and extend it to weapons.
