Melee Splash Suggestion

TLDR: Incorporate melee splash into melee strike skills gems by default, for strike skills which do not have an in-built clear mechanic.
Melee splash is mandatory for all strike skills which do not have some sort of in-built clear, i.e. Dual strike, frenzy of Onslaught etc... Without it you can hit only hit 1 enemy by default. In addition to splash, strike skills also need additional strikes, some additional strike range and also potentially the stat "hits enemies X% further away". This means strike skills have 4 range scaling mechanics they need to invest in, in order to have some sort of reasonable clear. Even after all this investment, their clear still remains average compared to other types of skills. Splash is obtained either from the tree (Tribal Fury) or a support gem. Given this choice, builds are either forced to spend a mandatory 4 points on the tree, or they have a mandatory annoitment to take. Incorporating splash into these strike skills still allows for additional strikes and the two types of strike range to be the scaling mechanic for clear ability. But, it allows the skills to be played during the campaign earlier and does not take away from the fact these skills need additional range scaling for them to be effective for most content.
