Transmutated flicker strike variant: fixed camera

It strikes all targets around you same way flicker would, but doesn't move the camera or teleport you, like a melee aoe flash.

This would work if Flicker Strike always puts you back where you started and not send you on a crazy ADHD-like adventure across the map.
PoE players: Our game has a wide diversity of builds.
Also PoE players: The [league mechanic] doesn't need to be nerfed, you just need to play a [current meta] build! The others found strength in their Afflictions. They became reliant on juice. I am not so foolish. |
