Connection issue to asia server

Hi, my ping to singapore hongkong and japan server is going high, it goes from 30ms from singapore, 60ms from hongkong, 80-90ms from japan, now im at 180-200 sometimes the ping just keep rising. I've Clear cache and contact my ISP, can you guys please help me if you can do something on your end. Below i include my winmtr result to singapore server
