Temporal Rift and Blasphemy disable

I am experiencing a bug where Temporal Rift becomes unusable on the Chronomancer class.
Additionally, after logging out and back in while in this state, Blasphemy also becomes disabled (while Temporal Rift remains unusable).

Since the Ascendancy skills are being completely disabled, I would greatly appreciate an urgent and early fix for this issue.
