Glitched Mystery Boxes

In my account and this shows between Path of Exile 1 & 2, on the MTX window I show 6 of these mystery boxes that I don't have any control over. If I click on them in game regardless of if I am on Xbox or PC, I cannot redeem them. I don't think I purchased them, I have no idea where these came from. I figured if I left them alone towards the half way mark of the current Path of Exile 2 league they would eventually fall off. However at this point I don't know if they're meant to be there or if it's broken.

The redeem window when you click on them also behaves like I've opened the box but then the window showing the preview of what I would have opened is just blank. The boxes also show red and a text stating "Not the correct platform"
