Lost Shipments cannot generate Int-Base Tattoos

Title; This is likely because of the way Lost Shipments were programmed. One imagines they're generated by simulating rewards from some shipment to some port. The array of ports available must not have been updated to include Moti Aro when it was added to Kingsmarch. As all int-base tattoos are now exclusive to Moti Aro, this means there is no way for them to generate from lost shipments.

Source: I have collected tattoos from ~100 Karui Lost Shipments, and none have been int-base. It is technically possible this is a byproduct of extreme coincidence.
