On PC, Win11, POE Client, up to date.

Beach with Constrictor. Delirium ended in the constrictor fight on the first island, and loot dropped just as Elder was moving fight to second island. Once the fight was over, couldn't get back to the first island and the loot wasn't auto-moved somewhere I could reach.
