Log in failures

Having trouble logging in. When clicking the login button it greys out and nothing happens for quite some time (not sure what the error message would eventually be, I tend to just alt-f4 and relaunch the game to try again).

Initially I thought this was just the Auckland (NZ) realm/server, but have also had it occur on the Australian one.

It's a frequent but intermittent problem, after 5-6 attempts it usually manages to connect.
