Who is the designer of skills unlock hierarchy, I want to know the design process behind such decisions of. Firstly, making ICE SHOT available around level 31 or 32 zones when we get TIER 9 Uncut Skill Gem and not Under Level 10 where we actually get two of the three elements Lightning and Poison basic skills to start. And Secondly why ICE TIPPED ARROWS which is basically a support skill of ICE SHOT ARROWS is unlocked at level 20ish with a TIER 5 Uncut Skill Gem ? Why we are unlocking a support skill of ICE SHOT 10 levels ahead of unlocking ICE SHOT ? and why you have decided to let players wait 30 levels before letting players use a basic ice skill ? Am curious as am also a game designer making board games and stuff along with a avid ARPG player for past 20 years. My guess is they sketched out the skills and placements early. But somewhere in development of the actual skills, as their identity was fleshed out and worked and reworked, they fell into natural orders that no longer fit where they were assigned. That's how it feels, anyways.
Idk. It's pretty jank. And I hope they put it on their list of things to address before 1.0 release. Don't get lost by being so focused on the target that you forget to enjoy your surroundings.
