Decay Support on Herald of Thunder?

"Storm Hits an Enemy every 0.25 seconds" on Herald of Thunder.
"Supported Skills inflict Decay on Hit, dealing X Chaos Damage per second for 8 seconds" on Decay Support Applying Decay Support increases the mana reservation of Herald of Thunder, but does not update the tooltip to show that the Chaos Damage will apply. Last bumped on Apr 23, 2026, 5:17:54 PM

Enemies show a green cloud effect on Hit from the Lightning storm, so I think it's working. I guess the tooltip just doesn't show the damage.
