Please fix Currency Exchange queueing rules.
|
Hi GGG, I been playing PoE 2 since introduction of currency exchange and noticed bad trading practices. Especially one caught my eye when margin traders (resellers) come and jam bid queue in order to force everyone else to buy for ask price, because no-one wants to wait for a day till bid queue rotates.
Example: Market price for some rare omen is 7D. Usually normal ppl buy and sell 1-4 items, and without resellers queues usually do not go over 100D (stock is around 20-25 items). Reseller comes with lot of Divines (lets say 500-1000) jams bid order at 7D. No-one wants to wait till his stock of 1000D is filled (it usually takes a day to fill it), so most of ppl are forced to buy for a reseller ask of 8D, rather than placing a bid of 7D. Solution: Change queueing rules, so that system will minimize time of an each order in a queue. Like - if there is 50 small buy orders for 1 item, execute them first, rather than make all 50 small orders to wait while one whale order of 50 items execute, if those small orders were put after a whale one. It won't completely fix the issue, but it will make this bad trading practice much less effective for resellers.
