Nightmare maps not dropping

Over the past few days i have dropped over 800 t16 maps while finding 3 nightmare maps. I have all watchstones and am running atlas tree for maps and scarabs. I was not having this issue earlier in the league

your just getting unlucky with the RNG.

With 803 maps, it's 1 in 1040 to have only 3 or less T17s, this is entirely probable with just bad luck.
