Delirium astrolabe doesnt spawn mirror

I have put the astrolabe in the last quadrant i need for the memory vault and it was the delirium astrolabe.

For some reason I can't complete maps and around 30% of times the maps don't contain a mirror which means I can't complete the region.

I only finished one map and it was a tier 16 map, while I can't finish the other ones that are still lower tier maps ranging from tier 10 to 15.


Update:
I have tried running the maps with scarabs because i thought i didnt have 5 deli rewards at the completition of the map, but even after that the shaped region still wouldnt complete.
