Kiracs vault suddenly empty without me to claim the rewards

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen!

Ive collected a few early KV rewards, but then a long time not. Not even after have all maps done. Now, today, 22.04.2026, I tried to get the puzzle box and the rest, but everything was empty. Except the premium track (I havent bought the pass).

Is this a known issuse?

Can you look at the logs what IPs are related to my account? Since years it should be this Im writing from right now. And no other.
