Cannot be poisoned implicit does not work

Despite having the corrupted implicit on the ring - Cannot be poisoned - it does not seem to work as intended and I am still being poisoned by monster's attacks, taking damage from the status effect.

Tested in the Delve, with area modifier "monster's poison on hit", details listed on SS.

That's not intended to work.

Really, that Kalandra's Touch has the implicit at all is likely the true bug here. While some implicits on that particular unique ring are technically functional, they cannot provide you with stats and it's not supposed to give you anything extra.

Assuming you have another ring equipped (you've censored your entire gear), Kalandra 1:1 becomes a copy of it, overriding whatever that is on Kalandra's to the other ring. That includes Kalandra's cannot be poisoned implicit. This is consistent with the wiki/community testing that states all of Kalandra's implicits are not applying regardless of copying another ring or not. I personally would consider it a bug if there were no other ring equipped that Kalandra could copy, and thus not copying anything at all and retaining the corrupt implicit.

This interaction has been consistent for a good couple of leagues now ever since the first corrupted Kalandra's touches came out of Twist of Fate's addition to the atlas and people ran Vaal Temple with it.

If what you guys saying is true, then why are we even having them rings as corrupted in the drop pool? Why do them exist as such if that is supposed to be a bug then? Moreover, why the skill modifying implicits do work on the said ring, while the other corrupted implicits do not? It does not make any sense, does it?

If the option of having them corrupted implicits is considered a bug here, then they should be completely disabled from the divination card revard pool and removed from the general drop as such "corrupted abberrations", right? Why do we still have them then, "since leagues", as you guys claim?

Honestly, I am unsure now which is more bugged here - the fact that we have the corrupted implicits on this ring, or the other fact that some of those implicits do actually work, while others do not? This is extremely confusing.

Dear GGG Team, if we can have any official statement in regards of this matter, that would be much appreciated.
Slightly out of context - but I believe the below is the most salient post on the matter to-date.

Maybe he'll notice the ping from being quoted and choose to weigh in on it again for us. :)

Another thread from someone who spent a ton of currency on an implicit Kalandra and found out it doesn't work.

Kalandra's Touch is a global drop, so it can drop corrupted via methods that cause items to drop corrupted or from divination cards.

The only bug is that implicit modifiers that grant skills are functional. This probably won't be fixed.
It's not a bug, it works completely as intended. It copies the other ring 1:1, essentially becoming a copy of it. This means whatever is on Kalandra is lost. The ring with an implicit is also not in the drop pool per say, but rather an interesting outcome from loot conversion. Loot conversion can drop many funny and 'bugged' items, such as unidentified normal rarity items. But loot conversion is a whole another topic and the 'bugged' outcomes are still very rare as opposed to the intended 'memorable loot pinata' rewards given by them. Even on Twist of Fate running Vaal Temples, most of the items are completely intended, there's just a handful of exceptions that you aren't really supposed to get. They still do exactly what they say even if the item is bricked or the mod is non-functional as in this case.
