Lost Spectre Due to Weapon Swap in Kingsmarch

Accidently swapped weapons in Kingsmarch and my max spectre number got reduced. Usually when this happens (in hideout) the spectre turns into corpse and i can resummon it. In kingsmarch it just disappeared and no corpse for resummon was found. Lost my perfect forest tiger this way and its absurdly high priced. Is there a chance i get a "refund" or report it so this can be checked?
