Atlas completion credit and Maven witness credit missing

I did not receive completion credit for trialmaster fight, oshabi fight and hive colony fight, as well as alva temple and shaper fight. Previously thought was intended atlas mechanic, but google images showed that I should receive a blue circle for all of those encounters. Let me know if I overlooked anything. Thank you!

somehow going back in the realm fixed maven witness credit problem, but the rest persists. maybe it is the same fix for all the other encounters?
