Abomination Boss Spawns with Mini Bosses intact - Maven interferes mod active

Was close to killing all 3 mini bosses at once then all of a sudden 2 are dead, Maligaro had his full heal but big boss decided to spawn too.

Maligaro stayed alive despite main boss spawning in. Did seemingly both alive and death apparition attacks in this state, though hard to tell with frenzy+extra proj bullet hell.

Big boss was able to be killed on final portal but Maligaro was still alive (so I died RIP) and all apparition attacks and alive Maligaro attacks were ongoing so couldn't get info on if it properly disappeared after Maligaro mini boss dies.
