Blight portals being spawned inside other mechanics, preventing blight from completing

I have had this occur a few times this league, but a Blight lane spawned directly on top of a crimson ore deposit and the final monster would not be damaged or die, preventing the blight from ending. Not too common but has happened at least 3 times this league to me.
