Bladestorm with Multistrike is Bugged

A made several posts in the early league, but the problem is still not solved. i cant leap slam during bladestorm cast when using multistrike with it. it locks me in place. this is not the normal behavior, no other skill this happens. please, fix this, its been a month and half
