Character is stuck - needs to be reset

Game: Exile 2
Problem: character is stuck and not able to interact with game characters or option (IE; Wayport, Maps, etc). I am able to warp to players and play the game.

I have tried every option I could find online to no avail. Can someone please help reset / refresh my character?

Characters will not be reset by GGG.

What is different with this character from your other characters? I see from your other post that you can use a different character, which would lead me to believe that this is not a settings thing, as settings are account-wide and not character-specific.
