Detecting RMT/RWT

This league I've had several accounts whisper me for items I have listed at way over market value to trade me in divines. None of these accounts are level 50.

I believe what is happening is that they are purchasing Divines and don't have access to Faustus to "break" the Divine orbs to purchase the items they are looking for in chaos, or the gold to purchase at instant speed.

This doesn't happen a LOT but it has happened at least 2 or 3 times. I reported the accounts I suspected in game.

nothing stopping you from reporting whomever you want, but that is ridiculous. The burden of proof for RMT is surely significantly higher than your gamer-chair detective deductions.
