Fix for Unique Items.

Simple change: MAKE UNIQUES CRAFTABLE.
Problem: 1. Most uniques are insanely cool, but simply NOT viable because of stat lines 2. Uniques are excluded from the interesting crafting mechanics (for no gameplay reason). Change: 1. Uniques items are items that have unique prefix/suffixes that cant be removed from that item. Alongside this, some Uniques may just have modified base stats. 2. Unique items can have new prefixes/suffixes added to them (still totals to 6) in line with the item level and item type, and can interact with the crafting system the same way all other items can. 3. Most unique items are reworked to only have 1/2 (maybe 3) prefix/suffixes for its unique effects - the remaining slots are open. What this does: 1. Unique items are now valued by the strength of the unique effect as a lost prefix/suffix (cost/benefit analysis of losing an important stat for a unique effect). 2. Unique items now have level scaling that is impactful (influences the rolls of non-unique prefix/suffixes). 3.
