Pure QoL: Option to always show 'Advanced Item Discriptions'

When Chaos spamming an item i can no longer hold shift+alt for it will exalt the item instead. While the quick exalt feature is much appreciated crafting on an item without seeing Prefix and Suffix in the right order is not.
Judging from watching streamers anyone with a little expirience with the game will always inspects (rare) Items while holding alt anyways. An option to turn on Advanced Item Discriptions permanently for (rare) items would be much appreciated.

This has been asked before, since the introduction of this "QoL", and so far GGG just added more "QoL" for other currencies, lol.

As an alternative change the full description hotkey from ALT to Shift, you'll still be able to hold shift to spam, while viewing the full description at the same time.
