Brambleback and Experience gain quality on gems inconsistency

Bug: Total XP required to level up Empower Support gem to 3 is 1,666,045,137; with 1,7 XP multipler(14% quality) it should take exactly 2 Wild Brambleback beast crafts to level up the gem to maximum level: 500,000,000*1,7*2=1,700,000,000. But even 80% increased experience gained(16% quality) is not enough to fully level a gem and it only gets 1,391,661,164 experience level 2, which is a total of 1,618,516,073 experience or 61,85% experience gained.
