Imbued gem messing with CWS support

So I have a CWS (lvl 20/20 Q), linked to a Immortal Call (lvl 20/20 Q) Imbued with Life tap) and RF (lvling so under 20/ 20 Q).

The bug is that RF wont trigger on CWS UNLESS it needs to be leveled. Once you level it, it turns off and wont trigger again. Once the gem needs to level again, it WILL start to trigger again and turn on.

If you zone it works correctly BUT if you level RF it breaks again and have to Zone to get it working.
