NPC Faen store not responding / Cannot purchase items

Hi everyone, I’m having an issue with Faen in POE2. When I try to buy items from him, there is no response at all.
The issue: Clicking the purchase button does nothing. No sound, no error message, and no gold deducted. What I've checked: I have enough Gold and plenty of inventory space. Troubleshooting done: I tried restarting the game and re-entering the town, but the issue persists. Is anyone else experiencing this or knows a fix? Thanks! Last bumped on Apr 22, 2026, 1:09:10 AM

Could you double-check the name of the NPC? Typically I try to reproduce issues when responding to someone, but I have never heard of "Faen" and searching the wiki was not informative.
Do other NPCs function as expected? You talk about trade and gold - exactly which league are you in? A character in any kind of SSF ("Solo; Self-Found") league is barred from trading. GGG do not offer first-party Technical Support.
