Chaotic Astrolabe and Atlas Astrolabes Challenge

I am not getting challenge progress when completing ultimatums in my maps. I have a chaotic astrolabe down and have been full clearing all ultimatums (normal and mirage) and only getting progress sometimes. I have done roughly 6 maps and only have 2/30 complete in the challenge. The astrolabe itself is progressing normally.

NEVER MIND I AM JUST BAD AT READING.

The challenge asks you to complete maps, not progress the astrolabe. I have been skipping the map boss.
