Guild management update

Just some ideas, that would make life so much better as a community/guild leader.

Give officers the permissions to kick members.. This way if someone is an ass and the leader is offline, they can still do something..

Add a limit to how many items specific ranks can take out of the stash. This way someone cant just join to empty out the guild stash. Give us the option to set a limit, like 5 items per hour for initiates. Or 7, or 10, or 99. Same for members.

Shop tab, for guild members only. Officers/Leaders can put items in there, and members and lower can buy from it.

Guild management on the site, to remove, add, promote, demote members from the guild page. Not just ingame.

Not just for Poe2, but also for Poe1, this would be great.

I would like to see a little love to guild management...

Guild Management Update
* Guild leaders can delegate admin tasks to officers (manage guild stash/hideout)
* Guild leaders can customize guild ranks (add more ranks and change rank names)
* Guild leaders can set withdraw limits per rank for guild stash (add transaction logs)

Hopefully this is improved in 0.5.
These are probably hell to work out on the backend, but I do hope GGG works out a way to implement a lot of these QOL improvements in some way. I just think they may not be high priorities for a while, even if they do get on their radar.

Hell, we still don't have seamless control between M+KB and Controller.
Don't get lost by being so focused on the target that you forget to enjoy your surroundings.
