please help character not responding to game

My character is not able to access any other the games characters, map, wayports, etc... I have tried all suggestions per online recommendations. Can you please help?

Maybe you just need to remove the skill from LMB?

I am not using a mouse. I’m using an Xbox controller through Steam on a PC. The game worked fine for a long time (occasional character freezing in a wall). I have uninstalled/reinstalled game twice, I have changed controller settings per online and forum suggestions. I even setup a second character that works perfect. It is a problem with my character Omniscient. Make sense?

I'm not sure how this works on a controller. Perhaps you have both the interact and attack buttons assigned to the same button? Is the "prioritise interact over skills" option enabled in the options? Have you tried switching to mouse/keyboard input method?
