[Suggestion] Item Filters list sorting in profiles.

Hello,

I would like to suggest a rework of the profile item filters list.

I just added a new PoE 1 Filter, adding a new strictness step for better accuracy and smoothness, but it is now listed at the bottom of all my filters. Most people won't see it if they don't find my forum post/discord.

Here are some suggestions that could be a nice addition :

- A tab or dropdown menu to select game version (Poe 1/2).
- In the filters editor, maybe just a sorting number priority.
- If not, let us choose to sort them by name or popularity (name would be perfect and easy to sort ourselves).
