Minions not summoning

I cannot summon any minions [ Zombie. Spector, Reaper, etc.,]. Only i cannot summon minions after changing my current location. Im in india, working and my hometown is different. When i move other place, i got to unlock by mail code, after unlock i cannot use any summoning. I tried with new character, then i can play without any issue with any skill. i can summon as usual without any bug. then i moved back to work place so again unlocked game with new code. So same problem im facing.

When changing location, make me tired of creating new character play. i cannot use old character because none of the minions summon work.

please help to fix the issue
