Withering presence not scaling with aura node

What was the point in giving it the aura Tag when it doesnt scale with Aura Magnitude Tags?
Aura Magnitude does nothing for this. Got over 30+ Aura Magnitude and it still is only 5% per stack.

Then why go out of the way to get it that tag in 0.3?

If you give skill tags they dont actually scale with, it muddles the tags.
A tags job is to give you, the player, a clue with what the skill will scale. If it doesnt do that, then its not doing its job and can be left out.

If its just the presence part, then you can put the tag presence and it will be clear. But Aura tag is utterly useless and confusing on it.
