Remove the Flask Siphoner modifier on rares from the game

The modifier does very little other than specifically knee cap Pathfinder and any other flask based builds because it completely disables flask charge generation altogether. Most other competent builds would barely even notice that the monster even exists because the visual indication of the modifier is nearly invisible in the first place (this is even worse on tilesets that have brown/yellow coloured flooring in the first place). In it's current state there is very little that the player can even do to counter the mod existing other than constantly staring at their debuff bar and running away if the mod even so much as shows up there, which is only really an option for ranged builds as well.

I think it's good monster mod fundamentally...but I also think is significantly overtuned with respect to the number of charges these modded monsters take per hit. In that sense, it is a balance problem.

The "all or nothing" philosophy completely gimps builds based on RNG mod rolls. Perhaps: Consider subtlety and nuance, in a sense that the mod could simply present more of a challenge to those whose build rely on flasks, as an alternative to this hamfisted approach?

Most builds have a monster type/mod that interferes with their build substantially. No reason that PF shouldn't have to deal with the same thing. Just seems like a skill issue more than anything.
nah, if anything needs to be removed it's the damn soul eater.
at least the defensive component on it, 90% damage reduce (players don't get this if they steal the mod with hh).

Maby remove poE? All problems will fade away.
to be honest, in bad leagues i do remove poe from my life and problems do fade away :) If youre not having fun why bother.
Taking a break from PoE is a very good idea when one in kinda tired of it.
Still in support of tuning the flask siphoner mod, even after having read all of these brilliant and illuminating replies to the OP.

Just dont run the maps with that mod? So tired of people asking for mods to be removed.

Option 1: Use a regex. Most builds have build disabling mods.

Options 2: Play a build that can run all mods
