What happened to the void tentacle Ancestral Totem skin?

During the past gauntlet, I used a totem build for the first time since melee totems were removed (to be able to dodge ruin more easily, not a big fan of totems because they're ugly but I gotta say that they make the game a lot easier).
And then I remembered... Back in the day I used to have a totem skin that looked really badass which was a tentacle that would slam enemies and I was wondering what happened to it.

Was it removed along with the melee totems forever?

Just curious.

I think that it has gone. It was a skin for ancestral and warchief totems which no longer exist. I am not sure if it got replaced by something else if you already had it.

It's sad that it's completely gone. They could've kept it for Dawnstrider's Earthbreaker support or even for spell totem but instead of slamming the tentacle wiggles or something. I don't like totems thematically but summoning tentacles (or roots or something like that) is a different story.
