Orb of Storms missing storm tag

Orb of Storms not being a storm spell is massive flavor fail. Decrease its damage if necessary due to wildsurge incantation, but more thematic interactions are always welcomed.

Good catch. Storm tag is on Thunderstorm, should also be on Orb of Storms. Heck, its in the skill name. |
