Outermost maps in Atlas sending me into the wrong map

So yesterday I was suppose to run a Silo map (lower right corner) and the game opened the Beach map fo me. It credited the Silo map completion after killing the Beach boss. I was too slow to take a screenshot.

But today I should have entered the Alleyways map (upper left corner). I got into the City Sqare map. After killing the 3 bosses I got the completion for Alleyways instead. Screenshots here. S you can see, even tho I completed the City Square map I got no credit for it.

After reviewing my Atlas Tree intensivly I came to the conclusion that this was maybe caused by "Twist of Fate", which I allocated accidently (I wanted to allocate the Cryptic Gate).
