Minion-focused builds are still pretty screwed.

Minion builds still suffer from several major issues that make them frustrating, and in some situations, nearly unplayable.
1) Pathing problems in tight spaces: Minions tend to stack up in narrow areas and become stuck, often requiring the player to move far enough away to force them to teleport. Meanwhile, enemies can pass through these clustered minions without issue, leaving the player exposed. This makes corridor-heavy maps (like Temple) especially frustrating to run. 2) Lack of aggression: During combat, a noticeable portion of minions frequently stands idle instead of engaging enemies. This inconsistency significantly reduces their effectiveness and reliability. 3) Poor movement speed: Minions often lag behind the player, making it difficult to maintain momentum and respond quickly in fast-paced encounters. " The same fate have also Companion builds. A have the sense that a clown is following me without any protection. Poe2 has the worst Minion and Companion AI. |
