Domain of Timeless conflict mobs do not respawn.

When my friend and I tried to do 4-5 Emblem Legion encounters after killing the enemies and trying to respawn them using the center monolith only respawns the Unique bosses, no matter how many times we reset the result's always the same.

It's been like that for a week now.
