Void Emperor Enchanter's Ring Not Working With Onslaught Effect From Cinderswallow Urn Silver Flask

In order to get the visual effect from the ring, I have to manually take it off and put it back on during the flask effect. After using the flask the first time, subsequent uses do not bring the MTX effect back unless I manually remove and replace the ring again.



On the right is when I have to manually bring about the effect. On the left is when the MTX is not working.
