I'm playing as a druid Frost Wolf, I'm level 17, and I've noticed that the "Savage Fury" ability isn't generating any Fury charges, even though it says it uses a 30 spirit reserve (which is exactly what I have) and a support ability that reduces resource cost by 30%. Since it's not generating any charges, I can't activate it.

Sure, you get a passive from a Spirit pool to generate Fury with your attacks, the problem is that, my Spirit pool isn't affected, the buff doesn't appear in the UI, and I can't reactivate it at any time. And you, even bothered to read the post?

You figured it out because you read the description of the skill. It doesn't generate charges. Not my fault you claim you read it when you clearly didn't.
