Faustus transaction is blocked into phrecia 2.0

Hello,
I am not able to remove a transaction that come from phrecia 2.0 I did try on a standar character but it is not working. Could you help me out plz? To be able to claim that order, you need to first migrate it out of Phrecia 2.0;
 Use the Migrate All option. It will be available regardless of whether you have any charactes to be migrated. GGG do not offer first-party Technical Support.
